02/17 - FUMBLING.

Obviously I'm not very good at updating my website. To me, there's more to life than dicking around tryng to add content, including my latest hunks. I'm not much on surfing the internet, either, no Facebooking, My Spacing or Twittering, let alone the new gadgets that interfere with life and take so much time. I don't have any news on writing because I haven't done much on the craft. Shame on me.

On the other hand, I had a great vacation in Cancun, except the first three days were chilly for the tropics. I think the weather patterns have changed over the years--cooler temperatures in January. I came down with a cold and a touch of the flu on my return. Luckily, I'd gotten the H1N1 shot in December. Hate being poked with a damn needle! One week home in bed and we left for beautiful Arizona. Such lovely weather in Phoenix and Tucson. Oh, I got copyedits back on Purely Sexual and worked through them. I'm finished now, ready to send them back to my editor.

I mentioned before that were planning a trip to Turkey. Well, we might change our minds and venture into Tunisia. Anybody visited there? I'd love to hear about it.

01/09 - BUSY.

Since the holidays, I've been on the go. Very little writing going on. But the holidays were great! Now I'm on my way out of town tomorrow. Cancun! I'm looking forward to warmer weather (although it's been a lit-tle cool there), crystal-clear water, and gorgeous sugar-sand beaches. Oh, and my editor liked the changes I made to Purely Sexual. Yea, me. Hasta luego...

12/15 - Apology!

My, how time flies. My apologies to readers. It's been an ugly two months for the most part. I won't go into the nasty details. Much.

We moved--to a city with friends and shopping and an airport--but we all know the horrors of moving. That wasn't the worst part. After we got into the new house (we love it!), naturally, my computer spit--monitor first, system clock next. My only happiness, I'd backed up all necessary files. So, I finally had a chance to peruse computer dealers after some necessary unpacking. We had to sleep and eat! Then, I ordered a new notebook. Meanwhile, we had to get set up with a new provider. Talk about incompetence. No matter, the notebook had not arrived, but the hubby wasn't happy when they managed to cut our satellite TV connection at the same time...I digress.

I had edits for Purely Sexual needing attention, due Dec 15. Finally, finally, my notebook arrived. Yea! But, the joys of a new computer, new OS, and newer word processor cramped my enthusiasm. Needless to say, I was plucking out my hair while trying to work on edits and get them back to my editor on time. Got 'em done and in. Hip, hip for me. Let's hope my editor is happy with the outcome.

Now, Christmas is almost here. And the New Year and a vacation right behind it. Later...
